- We happily operate a “if it doesn't look Brilliant return it” policy, if you are not satisfied you may return the jewellery within 7 days for free.
- Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. Please check your purchase thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
- We are happy to exchange any unloved, unwanted or faulty item within 7 days of purchase, with the tag attached, in the original packaging.
- If you are unhappy for any reason please email us at returns@bybrilliant.com and state your order number. You may return the item free of charge within 7 days. Please state the reason for the return, the order code and provide a contact telephone number.
- Please return in the original packaging. You may use the freepost address, if provided, (UK mainland only). A refund will be issued if appropriate. We regret we cannot refund if you have removed the tag.
- Bespoke designs cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstance.
- Your statutory rights are not affected.

NOTE: by Brilliant jewellery should be treated with care and removed before heavy work, as a strong blow will cause the stone to chip; they are not indestructible. The lifetime guarantee covers defects in the stone only.
Jewellery Care
by Brilliant simulated diamonds will retain their colour, lustre and brilliance for a lifetime. To ensure maximum sparkle, whether natural diamonds or by Brilliant simulants, it is essential to remove jewellery before heavy work and clean your jewellery properly.
To clean by Brilliant jewellery, prepare a small amount of warm water with jewellery cleaner or liquid detergent. Using a clean jewellery brush, or a toothbrush, gently clean your jewellery in the soapy water. Remember to gently brush upwards under the stones and then carefully pat dry. To ensure your by Brilliant diamond stimulant sparkles with it’s true colour and clarity, it must be cleaned regularly.
