Compare - Moissanite

Over the last 50 years there have been great advances in the area of lab created gems. However, many of these are no longer in common use due to their less than brilliant optical properties. Quite a popular diamond simulant is a synthetic product called moissanite.

 

There are a number of differentiation points when comparing moissanite with by Brilliant simulated diamonds the top three being Colour, Clarity and Cost.

COLOUR

When comparing moissanite on the diamond colour scale it is almost always an I, J, K grade. This is a reasonably good grading however by Brilliant Diamond Simulants are a much higher D/E grade (top of the scale).

CLARITY

Moissanite can appear less than clear when examined closely. by Brilliant Diamond Simulants have clean sharp facet lines ensuring accuracy and maximum brilliance.

COST

At prices from £250 to nearly £450 per carat, moissanite can be quite expensive. We believe by Brilliant simulated diamonds are the best on the market for price, quality and brilliance.
